Order now for 2 years. The quality of the food is very good. There's nothing to complain about here. However, on November 14th I had to almost 1 hour !!! waiting in the shop for my food! This is an absolute no go! I had to ask 3 times whether my food would be ready to be picked up soon. The employees were completely overwhelmed. Other guests felt the same way. An apology would have been appropriate in this case. I always order through your website. There is also the approximate waiting time. In this case, 20 minutes. Why is that not adjusted ??? Dear Westend team: I can understand when there is a lot going on in these times and you are dependent on the sales of each customer. It doesn't work like yesterday if the service suffers so much. This is not only a signal in the wrong direction for me.

Picking up is unreasonable lately. If you want to come on time, be there 30 minutes later as indicated. Catastrophe

Nobody makes better salads than Pronto. Pizzas are all delicious too. Except for the dark spots sometimes on the edge of the pizzas, which should be avoided.

By far the best pizza in the area, staff very nice & super organized, never had to wait long for my meal no matter how well the restaurant is visited & also a big compliment to the chef cook, tastes like crazy with you .. 5 of 5 right full marks, see you next time ..

If you want to eat or drink there you should be sure one thing .. Please bring a lot of time and patience. We were lunch at the restaurant today. We all had pizza and I had a small salad with vinegar oil dressing as a starter. The pizza and salad were really tasty, but I did not have the bread for the salad. Furthermore, the tablecloth had a big hole. I think that does not have to be in any restaurant, you can pay attention to that. You can positively highlight the small children's corner with books and pens, as well as the friendly service and the uncomplicated card payment.

Have ordered to several people there for the first time pizza. The pizzas were all very good and were really very generously occupied. We ordered online through the website and paid via PayPal. Everything went smoothly and the food was ready at the specified time. All in all, we were very satisfied and will be happy to order again! :-)
